And those distractions just pull us deeper and deeper into an abyss, making our time and health just slip away. Then we get drop-kicked into the new year and we are desperate to remember our core needs.

Nutrition is Hard

Did you know that some of the first signs of your body lacking the right nutrition are mental health related - depression, anxiety, irritability, poor concentration? A bump in the road to better health is making good nutritional decisions, from what to add in and what to eliminate in your daily diet and supplementation. The speed and needs in our society make nutrition choices harder and harder for the individual and the family; however, the fact is that the symptoms and outcomes listed above are even harder to contend with on a day-to-day basis. The 7-Day Challenge will help you look at some tips and choices aligned for success - a starting point that is simple, measurable, and attainable over the course of only one full week!

Not Understanding Your “Why”

Did you know that over-exercising was a thing? Literally called Overtraining Syndrome (or OTS for short). Going from couch potato or short distance walker, to 4 or 5 intense fitness sessions at the local gym can cause significant pain that your body cannot sustain over a long period of time.

  • Maybe it isn’t motivation that keeps you from checking off the gym visits, but your body telling you it cannot keep up with or adapt to your plan!

  • Maybe it isn’t just about losing 5, 10 , or 15 pounds, but it can be that you need to find a healthier way to lose that weight and reach a goal.

When your body is balanced with the exercise plan, there are not huge or grave spikes in inflammation, and when there is a balanced nutritional plan, your body starts to eliminate the inflammation naturally.
